Lead AI product innovation for Roche’s Quality Control network in Mississauga, applying predictive analytics and agentic workflows to laboratory operations.
As Product Owner, you will manage AI solutions and digital products across Pharma Technical Operations Quality and Compliance. You will identify use cases, translate laboratory challenges into scalable data products, and support proactive quality intelligence. The work connects QC operations, data analysis, and compliant technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Identify high-impact AI and digital opportunities with business stakeholders
Translate laboratory challenges into scalable data products
Design predictive and agentic workflows for complex datasets
Drive proactive quality analysis and faster issue resolution




Align scientists, engineers, architects, and Quality experts
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline
Three to five years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated environments
Hands-on Quality Control laboratory operations experience
Understanding of Applied AI and autonomous workflows
Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, CSV, ALCOA+, and AI guidance
Apply QC laboratory expertise, AI understanding, and product management skills to advance compliant quality intelligence at Roche.
