As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will support new construction and renovations for Northland Properties' hospitality pipeline. Your responsibilities span architectural and interior coordination, consultant drawings, contracts, shop drawings, specifications, inspections, and IFC-compliant construction documents. You will also provide technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines and consultants
Support interior design integration across renovations and current construction
Administer contracts and review shop drawings and specifications




Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate with contractors
Mentor team members on drafting, software, and detailing
Requirements: At least 10 years of architectural project experience
Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent qualification
Ability to produce complete construction drawing sets
Working knowledge of building envelopes, systems, and construction practice
Experience with wood frame construction and construction details
