Drive digital learning and training innovation as H2Safety’s Director of Training, advancing e-learning platforms, instructional design, and AI-enabled delivery. Work closely with executive leadership.
This senior training leader will oversee the long-term vision and development of H2Safety programs. Responsibilities span digital transformation, quality assurance, compliance, and measurable training effectiveness. You will also help scale offerings and develop client-specific emergency management programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead innovation in digital training delivery and learning tools
Oversee quality assurance across all training programs
Define KPIs measuring training effectiveness and impact
Identify recent programs, certifications, and industry partnerships




Represent H2Safety at conferences and industry events
Requirements: 10+ years in training management, instructional design, or emergency management
Degree in Education, Business, Emergency Management, or related field
Proven strategic planning, budgeting, and program development experience
Experience with digital training platforms and e-learning technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills
Bring digital training expertise, instructional design, leadership, and performance measurement to H2Safety’s expanding emergency management services.
