Lead Toromont Cat’s Allied Parts strategy with full P&L; accountability, commercial growth expertise, and digital transformation leadership. This is a full time, permanent senior leadership role.
As General Manager, Allied Parts, you will direct the Used and Restored Parts business. You will shape long-term strategy, business performance, new markets, partnerships, products, and customer solutions. The role spans operational, financial, commercial, and organizational leadership across Toromont.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for Used and Restored Parts
Execute growth strategies involving acquisitions, partnerships, products, and solutions
Expand into new markets and customer segments
Lead digital enablement across inventory, marketplaces, pricing, and customer experience




Develop high-performing customer-facing teams and organizational capability
Requirements: 12–15+ years of progressive business and operational leadership experience
8–10+ years leading geographically distributed, multi-level teams
Demonstrated P&L; leadership and business performance accountability
Strong wholesale, retail parts distribution, and remanufacturing knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline
Bring commercial leadership, parts expertise, P&L; accountability, and digital transformation experience to Toromont Cat’s growing Allied Parts business.
