This HR Business Partner works with Technology and Innovation leadership on strategic people priorities. You will develop talent management strategies, support organizational design, and strengthen team effectiveness. The role also partners with talent acquisition to recruit technical talent globally and supports leadership development.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders on talent management strategies
Plan workforce needs and succession pathways
Support leadership development across technology divisions
Advise on organizational design and change management




Collaborate with talent acquisition on technical recruitment
Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum eight years of progressive HR experience
At least four years in HR Business Partner roles
Technology or R&D; support experience required
Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools
Bring technology-sector HR partnership, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development expertise to distributed technical organizations.
