As Head of Product Partnerships, you will report directly to the CEO and shape partner-facing products end to end. You will identify user problems, work with engineering and Growth, and improve adoption through analytics, feedback, and iteration. The role focuses on institutional partnerships that fit the platform.
Key Responsibilities: Own partner-facing products and integrations from discovery through launch
Translate partner services into explicit product requirements
Build partner services into AI-native platforms and tools
Track adoption, engagement, friction, and user experience improvements




Hire and lead a small team with measurable goals
Requirements: Hands-on product management or partner product experience
Experience writing requirements and partnering closely with engineering
Proven adoption improvements using analytics, feedback, and iteration
Institutional partnership experience, ideally in regulated fintech
Experience hiring and leading people or defining initial roles
Bring partner product leadership, integration expertise, and sound partnership judgment to Toronto’s AI-native platform transformation.
