As a Capital & Maintenance Program Analyst, you will support projects, portfolios, and customer-focused operations. Your work combines invoice processing, budget tracking, gap analysis, reporting, process improvement, and advanced analytical models. You will also create recommendations for senior management and help coordinate program execution.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze project spending against budgets and process change requests
Gather accurate data and create sophisticated operational reports
Identify root causes, gaps, trends, and customer friction points
Develop analytical models and process improvement recommendations




Track project closure costs, accruals, and customer invoicing
Requirements: Bachelor degree in business, technology, analytics, or related field
Five years managing customers, stakeholders, analysis, reporting, and improvement
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and solution development skills
Experience with Alteryx and iDox data integration tools
Apply analytical modeling, budget tracking, and process improvement expertise to strengthen Toronto Hydro capital and maintenance programs.
