Lead service design and user research for complex transactional digital services as a Senior UX Designer with Symbiotic Digital.
This senior position covers user-centered design across enterprise platforms and digital services. You will shape interaction design, accessibility, and validation activities while connecting user needs with business requirements. The work includes responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead research, service design, interaction design, and validation
Identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and accessibility requirements
Create personas, journey maps, blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
Facilitate co-design workshops and design reviews




Translate testing findings into actionable design improvements
Requirements: Experience leading complex transactional service design
Experience conducting research, interviews, inquiry, and usability testing
Knowledge of AODA and WCAG requirements
Experience applying enterprise design systems and reusable patterns
Excellent facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal skills
