As Maintenance Supervisor, you connect strategic goals with daily execution while leading a dedicated hourly team. You will direct manufacturing employees, address safety and quality issues, allocate resources, and support high-performing teams. The work emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, conflict resolution, accountability, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Champion workplace safety and enforce applicable regulations
Lead teams meeting quality and production targets
Analyze problems and implement timely solutions
Track employee attendance and report actionable data
Resolve conflicts and maintain partner relationships
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or three to seven years’ relevant experience
Supervisory or manufacturing experience
Working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
Availability for rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred
Apply maintenance supervision, PLC knowledge, and continuous improvement leadership within Ford’s Oakville vehicle manufacturing operations.
