Lead wall panel production at Star Building Materials in Winnipeg, focusing on safe manufacturing, effective scheduling, and field installation coordination. This onsite role supports complete framed structures. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Production Manager oversees wall panel manufacturing, production priorities, workflows, and process improvement. You guide Production and Field teams while coordinating with Star divisions, customers, Sales, and installation teams. The position requires manufacturing management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, supervise, and guide Production and Field team members Plan orders, production times, schedules, and workflow priorities Monitor safety, quality, efficiency, inventory,



and production performance Coordinate onsite wall panel, floor, and truss installations Resolve production issues and identify workflow bottlenecks

Requirements:
Minimum three years of production or manufacturing management experience High School Diploma or equivalent qualification Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools Satisfactory criminal record check and driver’s abstract Bring production leadership, scheduling expertise, and wall panel coordination skills to Star Building Materials’ Winnipeg operations.
