Empowering Content Creators to design innovative tools that enhance the creative writing experience, based on deep understanding of story structures and narrative logic. writers, critics, and content creators , fostering an environment of learning and collaboration. Community Leadership & Engagement engaged writing community , facilitating initiatives such as story co-creation, online writing courses, and workshops . Serve as a champion for storytelling and creativity , representing Peliplat at industry events, festivals, and panels. to position Peliplat as a thought leader in digital storytelling and interactive content. Creative & Storytelling Expertise Proven track record as an exceptional writer or storyteller, with recognized excellence in fictional writing. Experience in novel, film, television, or online games projects is preferred. Experience in collaborative storytelling and co-creation projects. Industry Knowledge & Passion for Content Passion for storytelling across various formats (screenwriting, novels, online games, etc.). Strong knowledge of content industry trends and audience preferences. Experience in leading writing communities and initiatives. Teaching experience in creative writing is a plus. Strong leadership and success in leading teams and managing creative projects.



Strategic mindset for long-term creative growth and industry adaptation. Education & Language Skills MFA in Creative Writing, Literature, or related field preferred. Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
