We are currently recruiting for an Adjuster Support to join our team in Canada . This is a full-time position and has a hybrid work arrangement. The successful applicant will perform several administrative duties, including file set up, data entry, and file management while performing general administrative duties. Answering and forwarding telephone calls, and providing information over the phone Typing, transcribing, word processing and spreadsheet update Account administration General clerical duties 1-2 years' experience providing administrative support in a professional office workplace ~ Knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an asset ~ Professional telephone manners ~ Excellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpm ~ Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service Every claim represents a person facing a difficult moment, and the support we provide helps restore lives,
