Build advisor partnerships in Gatineau and Eastern Ontario using insurance sales experience, education, and practice management expertise at PPI.
This Director, Business Development position supports PPI’s Mass Market regional plan by increasing production and promoting sales. You will manage key advisors, develop understanding of their objectives, and support case work through relevant tools and education. The work includes collaboration with PPI’s internal sales counterparts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships through Business Plans and KYA
Understand advisor knowledge, objectives, and practice needs
Support succession, marketing, prospecting, and compliance discussions
Foster relationships across PPI and outside partners
Align activities with PPI ESG commitments
Requirements: Eight or more years of industry experience
Previous insurance sales experience is an asset
Understanding of the High Net Worth market
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication
Bilingual English and French is an asset
Use insurance sales, advisor education, and relationship management strengths to expand PPI’s business across Gatineau and Eastern Ontario.
