The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Projects provides strategic leadership for Cenovus’s Workplace & Real Estate Infrastructure portfolio. You will oversee non-process infrastructure projects, multidisciplinary teams, investment planning, project controls, contracting, procurement, and risk management. The work spans prospect development through close-out.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Workplace & Real Estate Infrastructure portfolio
Oversee projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Prioritize investments, funding, resources, and execution capacity
Monitor safety, scope, cost, schedule, quality,



and risk
Advise leadership on infrastructure priorities and portfolio trade-offs
Requirements: Engineering degree and APEGA registration or eligibility
16+ years of capital projects, infrastructure, engineering, or construction experience
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios
Knowledge of project controls, contracting, procurement, and risk management
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence
Apply infrastructure leadership, investment planning, and project governance expertise to Cenovus’s North American portfolio.
