This operations specialist supports Retail Wealth Enablement as Sun Life expands into a recent Investment Dealer. You will develop scalable workflows, enhance the dealer platform, and help deliver efficient service to advisors and clients. Success requires delivery discipline, technology experience, strategic judgment, and influence across business architecture and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities: Develop workflows supporting advisors and their clients
Lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
Support projects enhancing the dealer platform




Lead analysts and subject matter experts on complex projects
Accelerate deliverables while prioritizing project scope and time
Requirements: More than five years of wealth operations experience
Project management and process improvement skills
Experience implementing technology and managing change
Ability to influence teams and navigate ambiguity
Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills
