DF Barnes Industrial is seeking qualified Journeypersons and 3rd & 4th Year Registered Apprentices for a

scheduled industrial shutdown at the Long Harbour Processing Plant, Long Harbour, NL. Work is performed on-

site on 12-hour day/night rotations (one week on / one week off) during the outage.

Candidates must be local to and residing in the Long Harbour / Placentia Bay area. Travel and Living Out

Allowance (LOA) are not provided; local residency is required.

TRADES REQUIRED
Pipefitters
Millwrights
Welders
Instrumentation Technicians
Coatings Technicians (Blaster/Painters)
Scaffolders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyperson Red Seal Certification in the applicable trade is preferred.
3rd and 4th Year Registered Apprentices are encouraged and will be considered.
Previous industrial maintenance or shutdown experience is an asset.
Robust commitment to safety; ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.

SCHEDULE
Orientation/Mobilization Aug 18–20; Walkdowns Aug 24–27; Execution Sep 14 – Oct 16, 2026.
One week on / one week off rotation; significant overtime available.
