Worley seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to oversee capital project planning, execution, and closure. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting technical, safety, and quality standards. You will manage teams, contractors, stakeholders, scope, risks, contracts, and financial performance across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Hold accountability from project initiation through closeout and handover
Lead integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Quality teams
Establish budgets, schedules, controls, and corrective actions
Manage risks, opportunities, HSE,



and quality requirements
Oversee contractors, suppliers, contracts, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements: At least 15 years in a Senior Project Manager role
Direct Oil and Gas or Heavy Industrial Construction experience
Expertise in delivery methods, contracts, and Project Controls
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Alberta P.Eng. designation or ability to obtain
Bring capital project leadership, contract management, Project Controls, and stakeholder expertise to Worley's Edmonton operations.
