Lead communications for Brightshores Health System’s HIS Renewal in Owen Sound, using stakeholder engagement and strategic writing skills. This is a full time temporary position.
As Communications Specialist, HIS Renewal, you will support Brightshores’ Oracle Health implementation across all sites. You will develop multi-channel communications, engage diverse stakeholders, and translate technical, clinical, and operational information clearly. Your work will support adoption and organizational readiness throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated communications and engagement strategies
Lead communications through planning, testing, implementation, and stabilization
Inform staff, physicians, leaders, and stakeholders about project changes




Align communications with change management and implementation activities
Identify emerging communication needs, risks, and issues
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in communications or related field
Minimum five years of progressive communications experience
Experience developing strategic, multi-channel communications plans
Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and content development skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communications platforms
Apply communications, engagement, and organizational readiness expertise to support Oracle Health adoption across Brightshores Health System.
