This Manager role delivers Human Capital workstreams across integrations, separations, divestitures, carve-outs, and complex transformations. You will guide organization design, HR technology, change management, culture integration, and workforce transition initiatives. The work spans transaction execution, Day 1 readiness, future-state planning, and value realization while building senior client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Human Capital integration and separation workstreams
Design Day 1 organizations, governance, and operating models
Assess HR technology and support integration roadmaps
Develop change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies




Coach consultants and manage multidisciplinary delivery teams
Requirements: Seven to ten years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Experience delivering M&A; or complex transformation engagements
Demonstrated HR integration, organization design, or change experience
Solid project, engagement, and stakeholder management skills
Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related discipline
