About the Role Our client, a pioneering force in sports technology, is seeking an exceptionally talented Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design vision for their innovative product suite. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies,



and best practices in the tech and sports industries.
Present design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving product requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and information architecture.
Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead design initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a remote, cooperative environment.
Familiarity with agile development processes.
A passion for sports and an understanding of the unique needs of users within the sports technology domain.
