This Platform Marketing Lead role focuses on acquiring merchants through platforms and ISVs. You will build integrated campaigns, collaborate with partners, and connect activity to commercial results. The work spans channel strategy, campaign development, asset creation, execution, measurement, and optimization across a growing partner portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Launch merchant acquisition and activation programs through platforms
Select channel mixes by audience, objective, funnel stage, and evidence
Connect campaigns to acquisition, activation, pipeline, GMV, or revenue
Analyze breakdowns and recommend investment, optimization, testing, or stopping




Manage multiple programs and make priority and capacity tradeoffs
Requirements: 6+ years in growth, demand generation, lifecycle, or product marketing
Experience selecting channels against defined commercial objectives
Experience measuring conversion, activation, pipeline, revenue, or comparable outcomes
Ability to make decisions with incomplete performance data
Ability to learn products, audiences, and business models quickly
Apply merchant acquisition expertise, performance analysis, and integrated campaign skills to expand Affirm’s platform partner programs.
