Shape academic standards as Spirit of Math Vice Principal, combining curriculum alignment, student progress monitoring, and staff mentoring on campus.
Reporting to the Campus Principal, the Vice Principal helps deliver academic and business functions across the campus. This position supports teachers, students, and parents through performance reviews, program interviews, behavioral concerns, and curriculum alignment. It also includes weekly teaching and substitute coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Support student progress and assess program suitability
Address academic and behavioral student concerns
Align curriculum with Spirit of Math pedagogy
Maintain accurate Brightspace and system records
Recruit, train, and mentor campus personnel
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
Math and science education preferred
Bachelor of Education degree is not mandatory
Ability to supervise and evaluate staff
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Bring academic leadership, curriculum oversight, staff mentoring, and student communication to Spirit of Math campus operations.
