This technical leadership role requires at least 10 years in space systems engineering or spacecraft development. You will align requirements, interfaces, technical risks, and verification evidence across engineering, program management, suppliers, customers, and leadership. Experience delivering a satellite-level program lifecycle is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead system design, integration, verification, and mission readiness
Translate objectives into architecture, requirements, and technical direction
Connect subsystem decisions to whole-system performance and operations
Lead reviews, trade studies, investigations, and readiness milestones




Mentor engineers and improve systems engineering practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
10+ years in space systems engineering or spacecraft development
Satellite-level lifecycle delivery experience
Knowledge of requirements, interfaces, verification, budgets, and risk
Solid technical writing, presentation, decision-making, and communication skills
