Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management

Monitor progress, quality, safety, contracts, and closeout activities
Requirements: Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, architecture, or related discipline
Eight-plus years managing high-rise or mixed-use construction projects
Complex project delivery experience within budget and schedule
Knowledge of scheduling, procurement, contracts, and risk management
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
