Lead TTC fare collection and transit enforcement strategy with expertise in governance, revenue protection, and operational oversight. This regular daytime role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
The Executive Director provides senior leadership across Special Constable Service, Revenue Protection, and Revenue Operations. The mandate covers safety, security, regulatory compliance, customer-focused service, modernization, and organizational performance. Success requires strategic planning, risk management, financial stewardship, and stakeholder leadership.

Expertise in strategic planning, governance, and risk management
Exceptional executive and Board-level communication skills
University degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
