This Senior Director supports the Risk and Compliance team while leading PICTON Investments’ Enterprise Risk Management framework. Working with senior leadership and business stakeholders, the role strengthens governance, risk culture, and regulatory compliance. The position addresses operational, strategic, technology, cybersecurity, third-party, and reputational risks.
Key Responsibilities: Advise stakeholders on risk practices, controls, and emerging risks
Assess operational, strategic, regulatory, financial, and technology risks
Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and control effectiveness reviews
Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risks




Support compliance monitoring, policy development, and regulatory filings
Requirements: 8+ years in compliance, ERM, audit, governance, or operational risk
Robust understanding of Canadian investment and securities regulation
Knowledge of operational risk, third-party risk, and continuity planning
Experience presenting risk information to senior leadership committees
Ability to distill complex issues into actionable recommendations
Use compliance leadership, governance judgment, and regulatory insight to strengthen risk management across PICTON Investments.
