As a senior engineer in Hydro Tech’s Bearings division, you will provide technical guidance throughout bearing projects. Your work includes reviewing designs, investigating performance and failures, answering manufacturing questions, and supporting inspections and tests. Collaboration includes clients, suppliers, internal teams, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities: Present concepts and support client meetings technically
Review bearing drawings before customer release
Develop performance, inspection, and failure reports




Answer manufacturing questions and witness tests
Participate in technical project meetings and provide guidance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or engineering design
Minimum five to ten-plus years designing bearings
Experience with plain or hydrodynamic bearing design
CAD proficiency using SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Bring mechanical engineering judgment, bearing analysis, and explicit communication to Hydro Tech’s project-driven Bearings division.
