Lead labour relations operations at Maple Leaf Foods, managing employee issues, investigations, and agreements across a multi-site network. This is a full-time opportunity.
As Senior Manager, HR Operations and Labour Relations, you will support sites with fewer than 200 employees. You will manage investigations, discipline, grievances, collective agreements, and HR policies. You will also coach HR Managers and site HR teams while partnering with Operations leaders on workforce priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employee and labour relations issues across sites
Support investigations, discipline, and grievance resolution
Develop bargaining mandates with site HR teams
Standardize HR Operations practices and delivery




Identify labour risks and elevate recommendations
Requirements: Experience managing relations issues in unionized, multi-site environments
Knowledge of collective agreements and labour legislation
Experience supporting bargaining preparation and mandates
Ability to coach HR Managers and site teams
Robust judgment and influence across Operations and HR
Bring labour relations expertise, operational consistency, and coaching capability to Maple Leaf Foods’ multi-site HR network.
