As an Industrial Technician, Electrician, you will maintain equipment across roasting, packaging, and facility systems. The work includes repairing machinery, reading schematics, supporting production teams, and completing preventative maintenance. You will also address root causes, document improvements, and support apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
- Install, modify, and upgrade machinery for reliability
- Complete preventative maintenance through the PM Program
- Identify root causes and implement long-term equipment fixes
- Document work, issues,



and continuous improvements accurately

Requirements:

- Ticketed Electrician with at least two years industrial equipment experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Mechanical systems and industrial schematics experience
- Familiarity with HMI, VFDs, and PLC fundamentals
- Required safety certifications or willingness to complete training
