To support its continued scale and market growth, they are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Financial Controller to join their management team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller will oversee the entire day-to-day accounting operations, manage full-cycle close procedures, and drive corporate process improvements. The ideal candidate is an agile leader well-versed in the reporting requirements of publicly traded environments, skilled at managing competing priorities and dedicated to building high-performing teams.Main responsibilities: Own the full-cycle accounting close process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial statementsPrepare and review consolidated financial statements and manage external audits and tax compliance requirementsLead day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and payrollEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies,
