The experienced Yard and Expediting Coordinator supports MATRIX’s Northern Operations Manager at the Yellowknife shop. Duties span yard organization, asset inventory, freight preparation, equipment operation, and operational readiness. The position also coordinates shipments, pickups, deliveries, transportation, and company errands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain safe, clean, organized, operationally ready yard and shop areas
- Track company assets, equipment, supplies, and stored materials
- Load, unload, place, and secure trucks and trailers
- Operate telehandlers, loaders, forklifts,



and other yard equipment
- Prepare air freight loads and manifest cargo and passenger flights

Requirements:

- Reliable, dependable, responsible, flexible, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Robust multitasking, detail orientation, and communication skills
- Computer literacy and MS Office experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract
