This Associate Manager role connects strategy, delivery, and change for enterprise clients. You will work with CMOs, CDOs, and business leads to prioritise use cases and define actionable programmes. Your work includes operating model design, capability building, value tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with CMOs, CDOs, and senior business leads
Define transformation roadmaps and use case sequencing
Document decisions, trade-offs, assumptions, and rationale




Build repeatable AI capability across client organisations
Establish performance, adoption, and benefit tracking frameworks
Requirements: Four years leading enterprise transformation programmes
Demonstrated strategy and use case prioritisation experience
Two years of people management and mentorship
University Degree required
English required for international stakeholder interactions
Use AI strategy, roadmap definition, capability building, and value tracking to guide enterprise transformation for Accenture Song clients.
