As Head of Revenue, Sales and Partnerships, you will strengthen catering sales, grow accounts, and create new opportunities. You will lead the Lazy Gourmet sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Operations and Culinary. Your work will support profitable, executable solutions and solid client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop annual sales and revenue strategies aligned with business objectives
Own sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue target performance
Lead, coach, and develop the Lazy Gourmet sales team
Drive existing-account growth through upselling and cross-selling
Build strategic venue, event,



and referral partnerships
Requirements: Minimum three to five years of progressive sales leadership experience
Experience building teams and delivering measurable revenue growth
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and forecasting
Experience using CRM systems, reporting, and performance data
Ability to travel periodically within Western Canada
Bring sales leadership, revenue strategy, partnership development, and commercial judgment to The Lazy Gourmet’s Vancouver growth agenda.
