Build AI agents and agentic workflows at ShareGate using Python, TypeScript, SQL, and low-code orchestration tools. Work within GTM to protect renewals and create cross-sell pipeline.
As GTM Developer, Expansion & Retention, you will connect product usage, support, and renewal signals to revenue actions. You will work across RevOps, customer success operations, marketing operations, and GTM engineering. The work includes HubSpot data flows, LLM workflow design, and reusable modules for Sales and Account Management.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early
Design agentic cross-sell motions for existing customers
Own product usage and CRM data flows
Replace manual workflows with reusable AI pipeline modules
Report outcomes and run controlled experiments
Requirements: Hands-on automation experience in RevOps or GTM engineering
Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
Python or TypeScript knowledge for integrations and transformation
Working SQL and robust CRM fluency
Experience shipping AI agents or LLM workflows
Apply GTM engineering, AI agents, and trusted data flows to improve ShareGate renewal and expansion outcomes.
