The Engineering Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across engineering, capital projects, technical services, infrastructure, utilities, and documentation. This senior leader guides multidisciplinary teams while supporting food safety, regulatory, environmental, and corporate standards. The position advances reliability, operational excellence, process optimization, and sustainable manufacturing through engineering analysis and project governance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams through coaching, objectives, and continuous improvement
Develop and oversee the site capital expenditure program
Manage project planning, budgeting, commissioning, and closeout




Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms
Ensure capital projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
Ten-plus years’ progressive engineering experience in industrial manufacturing
Five-plus years managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
Demonstrated success managing large-scale capital projects
Professional Engineer designation or eligibility preferred
