As Director, Credit Execution, you support Financial Institutions and Seniors Housing & Healthcare, Project & Infrastructure Finance, and Toronto & Atlantic Diversified teams. You guide Associates and Associate Directors structuring proposals and analyzing lending risks. Your work supports clients typically borrowing more than $25 million across complex commercial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Manage credit and operational risk across specialized commercial loan portfolios
Analyze complex, structured, and multi-lender financing proposals
Assess due diligence and approve credits within delegated limits




Review loan agreements and related credit documentation
Coach Associates and Associate Directors on risk evaluation
Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate degree in business
Relevant qualified designation accepted
At least five years of relevant experience
Credit analysis, relationship management, or commercial credit management experience
Analytical, credit structuring, coaching, and negotiation skills
Bring sound credit judgment, relationship management, and coaching expertise to TD’s commercial credit leadership team in Toronto.
