Coach engineers on AI coding agent workflows
Review pull requests and maintain technical involvement
Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance
Requirements: At least three years managing software engineers directly
At least five years of qualified software development experience
Fluent daily use of AI coding agents
Experience driving team adoption of agentic workflows
Excellent English and international team collaboration experience
