Wawanesa Insurance is seeking a Manager, Underwriting – Programs & Operations to lead underwriting, portfolio management and reinsurance coordination for the Programs division. You will ensure alignment with appetite, authority, pricing, coverage, capacity and reinsurance requirements while driving profitable performance.
You will oversee underwriting staff, set objectives, and collaborate with governance and distribution functions to optimize risk and efficiency.
