As a Reliability Engineer, you will plan and execute maintenance-related projects within Tolko’s Meadow Lake OSB Division. The position calls for manufacturing experience, solid communication, analytical ability, and proven project management. You will lead reliability improvements while supporting equipment understanding and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close reliability projects
Take charge of predictive and preventative maintenance work
Troubleshoot equipment using blueprints and designs
Report directly to the maintenance manager




Recognize team contributions and encourage collaboration
Requirements: Engineering education or related post-secondary qualification
Strong communication and excellent leadership skills
Experience in manufacturing environments
Preventive maintenance program development experience
Data analysis, lubrication, vibration, and ultrasound experience
