The Director, Capital Markets works with the Vice President of Capital Markets on fundraising initiatives for renewable power assets. Responsibilities include financing development, construction, purchases, refinancings, and restructurings. The role serves transactions sourced from international banks and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financing strategies for renewable power transactions
Prepare offering memorandums and investor presentations
Manage financial model preparation across transaction teams
Support acquisition due diligence and sustainable capital structures




Present financing materials to management, investors, and rating agencies
Requirements: Eight or more years of relevant experience
Experience in corporate or project finance
Solid Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Experience creating teasers, CIMs, and managing data rooms
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
