The Intermediate–Senior Mechanical Engineer manages mechanical engineering projects across commercial and institutional settings. The work includes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial systems, supported by AutoCAD, Revit MEP, engineering codes, and standards. You will mentor technical staff and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical engineering design, analysis, and implementation projects
Prepare and review drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation
Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies




Mentor junior and intermediate technical staff
Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning activities
Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited institution
Skilled Engineer registration and 10+ years relevant experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Understanding of applicable codes, standards, and industry practices
Leadership, communication, and project management skills
Bring senior mechanical engineering expertise, project leadership, and AutoCAD and Revit MEP proficiency to TBT Engineering.
