Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Project Manager - Regulatory for complex initiatives in the financial industry. You will manage regulatory change, complaints management system enhancements, and customer-facing correspondence updates. The work requires coordinating business, technology, compliance, legal, operations, and risk stakeholders while maintaining delivery controls and readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complaints management system enhancements and updated workflows
Coordinate complaint correspondence reflecting regulatory requirements
Embed senior review and approval mechanisms before customer communication
Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, deliverables,



and regulatory readiness
Report project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes transparently
Requirements: Significant experience leading complex cross-functional projects
Experience in large regulated organizations, preferably financial services
Knowledge of methodologies, governance, delivery controls, and risk management
Experience with senior leaders and technology, compliance, legal, and risk teams
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Apply project governance, regulatory change, and stakeholder leadership to deliver compliant financial industry initiatives in Toronto.
