This Product Director position leads technical knowledge for the mining equipment product line. You will explain complex concepts to non-technical customers, support internal teams, and participate in resolving equipment issues. Collaboration spans sales, marketing, procurement, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities: Support customers and internal teams with technical guidance
Explain equipment concepts clearly to non-technical customers
Train employees and customers on operation and maintenance
Participate in mining equipment troubleshooting and issue resolution




Collaborate across sales, marketing, procurement, and development
Requirements: Three years’ experience with mining equipment or related fields
Knowledge of mining technologies and maintenance practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software considered an asset
Bring analytical problem-solving, technical training, and customer support skills to Access Industrial’s mining equipment product line.
