As a Proposal Writer, you will partner with senior leadership, technical teams, and project managers. You will structure information, develop proposal strategies, and present BPA’s capabilities clearly. Your work supports healthcare, institutional, commercial, and data centre projects across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs and identify proposal differentiators
Lead preparation from kickoff through submission
Develop strategies with senior leadership and project teams
Write project sheets, CVs, approaches, and profiles
Coordinate timelines, assembly, delivery, and submission
Requirements: College diploma or university degree in a relevant field
About five years of relevant experience
French and English writing and editing skills
Excellent Word and working Excel and InDesign knowledge
Rigour, autonomy, initiative, and deadline management
Bring bilingual writing, proposal strategy, and document production skills to BPA’s visible Canada-wide engineering pursuits.
