Key Responsibilities: Design water distribution and wastewater collection infrastructure
Develop wastewater treatment facilities and site plans
Write reports and prepare contract specifications
Provide construction inspection services on site
Issue field instructions, change orders,



and payment certificates
Requirements: At least five years of related professional experience
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
Licensed Professional Engineer or registration eligibility
Robust English verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
