Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews, offers, communications, and onboarding
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Two to five years of related experience
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
Strong interviewing, assessment, and organizational skills
Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Apply recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills across the complete hiring lifecycle.
