This position oversees interdisciplinary managers, sales consultants, and frontline employees. Success requires operational planning, team management, relationship building, and compliance with provincial regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing management team
Direct and monitor residence operational activities
Develop short- and long-term operational plans
Address resident and family concerns with action plans

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or related field
Three to five years’ progressive leadership experience
Retirement living, hospitality, or similar sector experience
Proven team, budget management, and operational excellence experience
