This position supports customer needs through product knowledge, superior service, and organized merchandising. It also maintains company, food safety, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, train, develop, and manage direct reports
- Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, sales, and margins
- Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present products
- Maintain food safety and regulatory procedures
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and required repairs

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
- Meat experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Financial report and budget management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and solid communication skills
