CIMCO seeks a Refrigeration Journeyman and HVAC Specialist to help develop its commercial refrigeration and HVAC department. The work includes installing, maintaining, and repairing systems while conducting inspections, contract visits, and site assessments. You will diagnose equipment using software, hand tools, and rigging equipment, while supporting customers, vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections, site assessments, and contract maintenance visits
- Diagnose equipment using technology, hand tools,
and rigging equipment
- Recommend necessary customer upgrades or repairs
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Gasfitter B Ticket with permit-pulling ability
- 10 or more years of Journeyman experience
- Diverse HVAC and refrigeration systems background
- Experience with electrical controls, DDC, PLC, and BMS systems
- Valid driver's license and physical job-task ability
