Support parts inquiries and order processing as a Parts Order Desk Representative with Superior Farm Equipment in Regina, Saskatchewan. Use customer service and computer skills daily.

This position supports Superior Farm Equipment’s Parts Department and its Morris, Rite Way, and ProAG brands. You will help customers, dealers, and internal teams maintain timely parts availability and fulfillment. Accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with parts inquiries and order processing
- Identify and recommend appropriate replacement parts
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the ERP system
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and procurement teams




- Support daily activities and inventory accuracy initiatives

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service, parts, warehouse, or equipment environments
- Robust Microsoft Windows and spreadsheet application skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s licence
- Seasonal shift availability from April 1 to June 15
